Do You Have Neck Pain? Introducing The Foot-Neck Connection

1 min read

Neck support starts at your feet. We can influence pain distally (far away; feet) or centrally (neck). Try this simple foot exercise:

Stand without your shoes. Move the arch of your foot inward (collapsed) and outward (excessive arch). Find the midpoint and press through the joint of your big toe. Assess your neck pain. Did your pain decrease?

The arch of your foot is malleable (able to change). Finding the neutral position of your foot may decrease spine pain by providing support.

Next, try our FREE Tech Neck Quiz and experience how moving your neck may decrease your neck pain.
