Why Do My Knees Hurt When Walking Down the Stairs?

Updated: Aug 4

Walking down flights of stairs can be arduous in itself, but it can be even worse when you're in PAIN. If you're experiencing pain or discomfort just below your KNEEcap while walking down stairs, this may be due to your leg failing to absorb compression because of faulty habitual POSTURE. When we make changes in our POSTURE our joints align differently, and just enough to cause havoc. Think about this... when you sit or stand at your desk, you make small adjustments so you can see your screen better, relieve TECH NECK pain, or purely out of habit. These changes translate from our NECK, down to our toes.

A task as simple as walking downstairs becomes painful, lighting up any imbalances resulting in anterior (front) knee pain. Such imbalances may be corrected using our very own Spine Program: a simple 8 - exercise program built to improve alignment, strength, and overall balance & coordination making knee pain a thing of the past.

So what exactly is our Spine Program? Our Spine Program is a fundamental daily strategy. Practice our Spine Program daily to revive your spine, resolving knee pain for GOOD, allowing you to once again dominate those pesky stairs.

POSTURE is key, and SPINE alignment through MOVEMENT is the answer!
