MANUAL THERAPY
Good ol' fashion' hands on' approach. Benefits of manual therapy include improved circulation that stimulates venous return and associated lymphatic drainage resulting in decreased pain. Manual therapy may also improve specific joint mobility, and improve mobility of congested, painful tissues.

NEURO RE-EDUCATION
Neuro re-education is a specific 'hands on' approach utilized to improve the response of the peripheral nervous system to decrease ailments such as headaches, brachial plexus injury, carpal tunnel syndrome, double crush injury, disc herniation, concussion, and balance disorders.

DIRECT THERAPEUTIC ACTIVITY
Direct therapeutic activity combines spine stabilization with postural methods to restore everyday tasks, sport & leisure activity. Components include static and dynamic balance, strength, specific endurance, and flexibility training.

THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Therapeutic exercises target larger muscle groups responsible for daily movements such as bending, squatting, rotation, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting.
